Air Fryer Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe

- Air fryer
- Air fryer baking tin
- 1 pack brownie mix
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 75ml water
- 1 medium egg

Pour the brownie mix into a bowl then add the water, vegetable oil and egg. Mix it thoroughly and ensure the mixture doesn’t have any lumps.

Grease the air fryer baking tin and spread the mixture around to get a consistent level throughout.

Set the air fryer to 160°C and let the brownies cook for 20-25 minutes. Stick a knife into the brownie and if it comes out almost clean the brownies should be finished.

Allow to cool off then slice up into squares and enjoy your air fried brownies.
Tips and Considerations
3 tablespoons of oil might sound a lot but if you’re trying to cut out as much calories as possible, 1½ will work perfectly fine – you won’t even notice the difference.
