Tools and Ingredients
- An airfryer
- Air fryer baking tin
- 1 pack brownie mix
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 75ml water
- 1 medium egg
1Pour the brownie mix into a bowl then add the water, vegetable oil and egg. Mix it thoroughly and ensure the mixture doesn’t have any lumps.
2Grease the air fryer baking tin and spread the mixture around to get a consistent level throughout.
3Set the air fryer to 160°C and let the brownies cook for 20-25 minutes. Stick a knife into the brownie and if it comes out almost clean the brownies should be finished.
4Allow to cool off then slice up into squares and enjoy your air fried brownies.
Tips and Considerations
3 tablespoons of oil might sound a lot but if you’re trying to cut out as much calories as possible then 1½ will work perfectly fine – you won’t even notice the difference.
