- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
How to Cook Roast Potatoes in an Air Fryer
- Wash and scrub the potatoes to get rid of any dirt.
- Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, you don't have to peel them, try to keep the slices the same thickness to ensure they cook evenly.
- Place the cut potatoes in a bowl. Add the paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic granules add lastly the olive oil. Toss all the ingredients around until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Add a few sprays of olive oil to the fry basket to ensure the potatoes don't stick, then place the potatoes into the fryer basket.
- Cook at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the fry basket and give it a good shake or flip the potatoes with a fork or tongs, you can add a few sprays of cooking oil here again if you want.
- Replace the basket and cook again at 200°C/400°F for 10-15 minutes, keep checking between 10-15 minutes to see when they're crispy and golden.
