- Air fryer
- 4 frozen samosas
- 1 Tablespoon oil
Lightly coat each samosa with oil and place it in the air fryer basket. Avoid stacking.
Set the timer to 20 minutes and the temperature to 190° and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, pause the cooking timer, remove the fryer basket and shake it around to ensure all the samosas cook evenly throughout.
Resume cooking for the remaining 10 minutes, remove again and check to ensure it’s brown enough for your liking.
